I registered two DLLs (per another thread) as follows:

    *
      RegSvr32 OLE32.DLL
    *
      RegSvr32 MSRDO20.DLL

These can be registered either from START / RUN or from a CMD prompt.

After I reregistered these DLLs I then synced again and so no change.  So I once again removed the CHECKBOX from within the ActiveSync program (TOOLS / OPTIONS) from the CONTACTS (tells it NOT to synch them) and then resynched again, then when it finished went back again into TOOLS / OPTIONS and checked the CONTACTS choice for synching and resynched and voila, it worked!

and install it

Run : regsvr32 c:folderFLVSPlitter.ax

Admin tools -> Local security policy -> Software restriction policies -> Additional Rules

Right click it, new path rule =

C:Program FilesAntiVir PersonalEdition Classicavnotify.dll
C:Program FilesAntiVir PersonalEdition Classicavnotify.exe

Both set to Disallowed 😀
