Activate Windows server 2012 evaluation version using Standard key

Open CMD admin,
Type use the following commands

DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition

DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula

Then restart the server
